Joseph Bogdan has directed a wide range of architectural and urban design projects across Canada, the United States, China, Europe and the Middle East over the past forty years. He pioneered a return to mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented community design, beginning with the award-winning Hyde Park Village development in the historic centre of Tampa, Florida and the College Park complex, an urban adaptive re-use development in Toronto.
He has been leading “charettes” or design workshops with clients and stakeholders in both the public and private sectors throughout his career and he integrates the outcomes of this dynamic process with his design vision to create innovative solutions balanced with achievable implementation strategies.

Elie Newman brings expertise in mixed-use, institutional, commercial and urban design projects. He has been responsible for a wide range of architectural projects, urban design master plans, design guidelines, and design competitions at the firm. This experience includes urban core redevelopment projects in Canada and internationally and leading multi-disciplinary project teams for a number of new community plans, complex master plans and urban design studies for both public and private clientele.
He has extensive experience working with regional and municipal clientele and has led design workshops for both the public and the development industry. His in-depth knowledge of the market, results in sensitive design.

Angelo Caranci has experience in the design and management of mixed-use, retail, renovation and commercial projects. He has been a collaborator on many of the firm’s major urban regeneration initiatives, notably College Park in downtown Toronto, Old Hyde Park Village in Tampa , and the award-winning Commons at Waterloo, where he completed offices for the primary tenants with street-related retail which revitalized the commercial centre of Waterloo.
He is also the Principal responsible for project coordination of all documentation and construction review and administration for various projects and serves as the Principal-in-Charge for many educational facilities such as Royal St. George’s College and St. Andrew’s College.
