About This Project

The historically designated Dominion Long room sits at the corner of Front St. and Yonge St. in downtown Toronto. Being one of the best surviving examples of neoclassical, beaux-arts style public buildings in the City, it required a complete interior overhaul. Bogdan Newman Caranci Inc. modernized the lighting system, and updated the detailed surfaces of the historic room breathing new life into the vaulted ceiling and grand columns. The full scale renovation and upgrades to the data and power distribution brought both aesthetic and functional value to the space.
