Originally built in 1915, and renovated in 1978, the High Park Library required a purposeful remodel and addition to accommodate a growing community audience. The new design takes reference from the grand residential scale and arched roof forms. Strategically placing window bays and clerestories harvests daylight throughout, and extends a bright and airy quality to the space. The newly added program and adult reading room, circulation desk, staff workroom, and building services bring new life to the building.
